Inspired by Movement IV of Partita No. 1 in Bb Major (BWV 825), Six Suites for Harpsichord, Johann Sebastian Bach, this Duet for Harp consists of Bach’s original theme plus 6 original variations. Although originally written for two harps, this piece may be played instead as a piano duet.
